Do you have a passion for our native birds? Do you like quirky, fun wildlife art?

This listing is for ONE collectible card-sized (64 x 90 mm, the size of a Pokemon trading card) print of one of my original New Zealand bird pieces. These are nifty gifts for the bird enthusiasts, teachers and children. They're small - easy to store and display - and informative too! Each card features a different species of one of our native birds, with educational facts on the back. You can collect them all, trade them with your friends, or fill an A4 sized photo frame with them*!

These cards are UNLAMINATED and each will be in a thin plastic sleeve to protect it.
If you wish them laminated, they will become slightly larger than the 64 x 90 mm size. I can laminate them at an additional 50c for 1-9 cards (for 1-9 cards, $1 for 10-18 etc)

Each piece was originally drawn and illustrated in high-quality prismacolor and polychromos pencils, giving a rich, vibrant colour that replicates well in the printing. They will be printed on quality gloss paper and backed in acid-free card, along with information on the featured species and my signature. With backing, they will measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches (64 x 90 mm), although the printed image will be slightly smaller to allow a border.

I have a vast number of bird species already available, and am adding more daily, so if you cannot see your favourite, please feel free to ask. In my gallery samples you can see a collage of the images, laid out on grids. You will be buying ONE of the birds from that collage. I have displayed them in the grid format so you can see what they look like en-mass and also so you can see the range available. The Kiwi is the only card with writing on the front, the others will be a print of the image mounted on coloured card and with the facts printed on the back. The bird name DOES NOT appear on the front of the card, I have just put those there to make it easier for you to identify them, if you are not a New Zealand bird fanatic like me!

Discounts may apply for multiple orders and combine shipping for cheaper postage. Cards will be posted pressed between cardboard to decrease risk of postal damage. If you purchase 9 or more (unlaminated) I will send them in a 9-card protective page, which fits into any 3-ring folder for easy storage. However, a higher postage charge might be incurred. For up to 6 cards, the postage rate will remain the same.

Because I am printing on demand/sale, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be prepared and posted.

* You can fit 9 cards in an A4 sized frame, but if you want to fit 9 "H" style cards you'll need to rotate it 90 degrees to the landscape orientation.
