Hops pillows are a traditional herbal remedy for anxiety, insomnia and used in the UK for centuries. The aroma from hops relaxes the central nervous system and works on the limbic area of the brain allowing you to stop thinking.

This pillow is designed to be tucked inside the pillowcase or placed on the pillow to allow the aroma from the hops to do their magic.
Measurements are 15cm x 11 cm, silk fabric.
The hops are grown sprayfree in the Nelson area and are export quality.
