Description

This bag is made from a duck-egg blue coloured fabric with an antique inspired rose print. The inside of the top has stone coloured linen, as does the inside of the straps. It is lined with a striped cotton printed with roses in pinks, dusky greens, and beige, and has an internal pocket of stone coloured linen for mobile phones and keys. It buttons closed with a large, stone coloured, vintage button (from my Mother's button box left over from the 70's).

It is a sturdy upholstery type fabric, but is still very soft to touch. The straps have been triple-sewn in for extra durability and strength. The bag can carry a fair amount of things, mine takes a book, a magazine, a couple of DVD's, make up wallet, a few bits of fruit, and still seems to have room left.

The bag is designed to either go over the shoulder or be carried (I'm 5'5" to give you an idea of strap length). It has been fully washed before sewing so can just be thrown into the washing machine if it gets dirty. It is 32cm across at the top, and expands to 48cm across at the bottom. It is 39cm tall, and then add straps.
