This handmade bookshelf, inspired from the Italian-designed Sapien Bookcase, turns traditional library storage on end.
Seven shelves hold stacks of books horizontally to occupy a minimum of floor space. When fully loaded, the bookcase virtually disappears behind the books for the ultimate expression of minimalism.
