Restickable Fabric Wall Decals by Tinch Design Studio

One can’t compile a cute selection of nursery decor for baby boys and not follow up with some sweet things for little girls. Pink is always a popular choice for girls, but I also think it’s nice to mix it up a bit with other lively spring colours. Picking a colourful feature piece like Tinch Design Studio’s restickable wall decals gives you a palette of pretty hues to carry through as a theme.

Simplicity is key in creating a light, bright space for little minds to flourish – bunting and art prints are great ways to add some colour and warmth without being too overpowering.

Small wooden sailboat by Pippistitch

A friend of mine who’s expecting a baby boy in the not too distant future is decorating the nursery in white with a nautical theme. I love the simplicity of her idea and it inspired me to pick out a few beautiful things for a little boy’s room.

A light, bright room with splashes of colour from these gorgeous wee sail boats by Pippi Stitch and Maisie-Moo’s super cute whales makes the perfect place for little imaginations to set sail.

Lap Quilt by Cat Taylor featuring Heather Bailey, Nicey Jane fabrics

Featuring pretty Spring colours from Heather Bailey’s Nicey Jane collection, this lap quilt or baby cot quilt by Cat Taylor would make a lovely addition to a nursery – the perfect gift for a baby shower or new mum. It’s made from 100% cotton, washed, dried and ready to use.

And you can decorate the rest of the nursery with handmade gorgeousness from Felt’s babies and kids decor section too. Crafty Art’s fabric canvasses, Maisie Moo’s mobiles and wall hangings and Imba’s baby wraps all add a little colour and cuteness to catch your wee one’s eye.
