Fabric-a-Brac’s back in Auckland

If you’re in Auckland this Saturday 16 November, keep the morning free for Fabric-a-Brac, happening 9am-12.30pm at Freemans Bay Community Hall.

Fabric-a-Brac is all about connecting community treasure troves of fabric, buttons and other sewing notions to craft and sewing enthusiasts. Buy fabric, notions and patterns from lovers of projects who just have too many projects. If you’re looking for some great bargains, funky old fabric and a great vibe, Fabric-a-Brac is for you. There’s a huge array of fabric and haberdashery to choose from, and you can keep yourself fueled-up for the forage with treats from the Mercy Hospice café.

Proceeds to go towards the charity’s amazing work with patients and families requiring end-of-life care and support.

Last year’s debut Fabric-a-Brac in Auckland, one of many Fabric-a-Brac events held across New Zealand and Australia, successfully attracted more than 40 stall holders and an estimated four hundred craft and sewing enthusiasts, and this year’s pre-Christmas event promises to be even better, so don’t miss it!
