We loved this story when we first saw it flying around on social media. Sirs Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen have been living it up in New York while appearing on Broadway in No Man’s Land and Waiting for Godot, and tweeting fabulous photos of their adventures along the way.

Now we’ve discovered something that makes this story even more awesome. Ian McKellen’s gorgeous scarves. Yes, those are Tutu originals! And here we were thinking these guys couldn’t be any cooler…

  1. Hi Sylvia I was lucky enough to work as a costumer on the Hobbit films (looking after dwarves) Ian’s P.A bought a few scarves off me and gifted him a couple, which he loved, I have since sent him a few as a gift and he has sent me a lovely handwritten card to thank me, its a real buzz for me that he genuinely likes my work, regards Sally.

  2. Thanks so much for featuring my work on your blog Felt -its a real buzz when photos of Ian pop up and he’s wearing my scarves which he truly seems to love!
