1000 people through the doors in the first hour!
Craft2.0 at TheNewDowse on Easter Saturday was a huge success, attracting a record crowd of an estimated 5000 visitors. There was an amazing array of pretty, styley and quirky products, all crafted beautifully and proudly presented by their makers.

I had a great time talking to stallholders and meeting some Felt sellers in person. And it was also wonderful to finally meet Sue, the amazing and very lovely organiser of Craft2.0 – watch this space for the result of that exciting crafty rendevous!
The Felt display generated heaps of interest thanks to an impressive range of samples lent by Felt sellers and the efforts of my lovely helpers Sheona and Chris, who spent the afternoon telling the world what Felt is all about.

All in all it was a fab day out and well worth an excursion to Wellington (speaking as a Cantabrian). And the great news is, there’s more Craft2.0 where that came from! If you’re keen to know more about Craft2.0, drop me a line or contact Sue through the Craft2.0 website.
